HELP!

Okay, So I am updating my blog... new year, new layout... I downloaded this cute background from Shabby Blogs and I cannot figure out how to customize my header with a picture and the name of my blog.... Is there anyone out there that can help me??? Please leave me a comment... THANKS in advance!!!

    I have instructions on how I did mine (first step, down load picsa) I think it was back in October.
